I'm down 1 for the week - but I've been really pounding the gym as classes have started (club boxing circuit 2 days per week, bodyworks + abs 2 days per week, kickbox cardio 2 days per week, and yoga once...twice if I get up early enough

. I also do lifting/treadmill at least twice a week). So maybe I put on a little muscle this week and that's why I only lost 1lb. Here's to hoping
On a side note, I'm quite proud. Today was "customer appreciation" day at the gym and they sat out boxes of really good italian style pizza and fresh glazed donuts and I looked at them and said "what a waste of points" and walked out.
