I'm sorry if I let you guys down, but I am up 1 lb. Its been a real tough time, but I know that is no excuse. I will definitely try to do better this coming week. Now that I am feeling better, can exercise more, and hopefully have less crazyness getting in the way, I should do better.
Myra, dont give up!! I have been at this for over a year and have only lost20.8 pounds, but I am making a healthier life for myself and I am losing, little by little and finally changing my choices. We have all been where you are, wanting to give up, but you made lifetime, so now its just a matter of getting that mindset again. Everyday, get up and promise yourself , you will try. If you dont succeed that day, there is always the next. My doctor told me this about quitting smoking and it took me over 2 years of trying, but one day I woke up, decided again, that I was going to try and made it a whole day. Got up the next and now it has been 4 1/2 years since I finally did it. Now, I get up everyday ,with the mindset, that I am going to conquer my weight problem and it is working!!! One of these days, I am going to wake up and realize I hit my goal and damn girl , I will be proud!!! We are all behind you and will help you in any way that we can!!
