Good morning everyone, Weigh-in was not good but I was expecting it. It could have been worse.
We only have 3 people going to rally but that is ok. Maybe next time we can get more to go. One lady that can not go is going to make name tags and poster for us to take. That was nice. She was also one of few that got in touch with me when I sent all the info out. Like most TOPS you always have givers and takers and mostly takers.
I am really glad to see weekend almost here. I am tired.
Hope you all had a good week and enjoy the weekend coming up.

Good Morning!

This week's weigh in wasn't good - but next week's will be better!

I am still the leader, but in a limited capacity. I agreed to stay on as leader indefinitely as long as I received help in the form of people giving programs and taking ove contests. So far they have agreed, so lets hope they keep up their end of the bargain.

It is Thanksgiving here this weekend (Canada) so it is Turkey week for me. Turkey soup here I come!!!!

Well, I have a class to teach in a few minutes so I better get ready, I'll stop by again later.

Morning guys
Well guys, Weigh in for me last night was a nightmare also, I gained 2 1/2 pounds and am now 3 1/2 pounds from status.... I could just sit here and mope and eat BUT it wont get me into anything but trouble and even more gains, SO I am on track as of today and gonna add exercise into the equasion to boot, I SO want to get my status back and know how so now it is up to me to do it. I am having one cheat meal though... my dad is taking me to Dexter today and I am gonna have crablegs, Then I am headed for healthy eating all week, I know we can all overcome the gains and show losses next week, and I am rooting for you ALL as well as myself. BIG TOPS HUGS!!!!!

Hi Everyone,

So far we haven't heard of any losses. But we will all come in with a loss next week.

For those of you that it is thanksgiving already just remember portions. You can have some of everything just not all of it.LOL

We will do better. I know I had a 2 lb gain also. But I am not going to have a gain next week that is for sure.

I am doing great on plan today. I hope everyone has a great weekend and remember to think before we eat. The weekends are the worse for us. So lets take it one day at a time.

Like some of you, last night was a night mare for me. I did not lose! But I know why, so guess that's half the battle. I am on medication that the Dr. told me would cause a weight gain. I will only be on it for a week~so there's still hope.

I'm sorry that you all didn't have a good week either. But remember, it's a new week and we CAN DO IT.

Must cut this short, A good week-end to you all and watch what goes in your mouth. Write it down so you can keep track. I find I do better if I keep a food chart.
