  • good morning KT! Today is comfort food day for me. I decided that in advance. What with loss of dignity for the day, I figure some happy calories couldn't hurt. Good news is results of test are OK. Now can everyone just leave my large intestines ALONE!!! Posteating: made myself feel really sick and uncomfortable. wasn't worth it except as a learning experience.

    Well I must have joined you in spirit Laurel, 'cause I went way overboard in the comfort food department last night. As a reaction to family and work stress, we all went to a Mexican restaurant where I inhaled a frozen margarita, 1/4 tamale, and a steak fajita. We won't even talk about lunch!
