The before pics are so scary. I found the worst ones I could so I could just face up to how darned big I was. The pic with my fat roll hanging out is the worst, by far. Ick, ick, ick.

So technically, when I started, I told myself that by the wedding, I wanted to be under 200 - but I have just over 4 months. I can't wait to see how close to goal I can get in that time.
