TwoPeasInAPod - Its so weird - I am only just now starting to see it in myself, since my brain apparently needed a lot of time to link up with my body...now I look at pictures and barely recognize myself.
BluetoBlue - Oh yes, strength training is a big part of my program. 3 days a week (2 days upper body/abs, 1 day lower body/abs) I lift based on a program my trainer designed for me. I am definitely getting muscles I didn't know I had. And I don't think I've ever been called "stunning" in my life, so thank you!
Angel33 - thank you! It is so weird for me to be considered "a success" (its that brain-catching-up-to-body thing again). The dress hangs off me right now, it will barely stay up. I bought it in a size 18W, and now I'm a 14/16...hopefully they can take it in that much! If not, though, my future FIL said he'd buy me a new one - he's so proud!
Ya'll are so sweet! I'm seriously blushing at the moment.
Yeah, you better wait on getting that wedding dress refitted because the way you're going, you'll be a lot smaller in 4 months! The strength training really shows; I can't wait to see pictures of you in that refitted wedding dress!
Ditto on the collarbone thing for me mandalinn... aren't they fun?
I'm pretty close to 200, closer than it says on here, but I've really been slowing lately... December is HARD for weight loss, it sucks... but anyway your pics inspire me, you look great! Thanks for sharing them.
JTammy and Blue2Blue - I am trying to delay fittings as much as possible without risking not having the dress when I need it. You do a final fitting 2 weeks before the wedding, but gosh, even in 2 weeks my body size has been going down slightly. I am going to have the dress design changed slightly to include a corset back, so if I do get a teensy bit smaller than the dress, we can tighten it with the ribbons in the back.
Futuresurferchick - I know, December is so hard! I'm just trying to do the best I can with what I have available to me.
CC & Finn - Thank you both so much! I'm blushing yet again.
Mom2QJandT - It is so nice that people don't find the collarbones thing weird here! My mom keeps asking "why do you keep touching your collarbones?". But my 3FC friends understand.
Cheryl14 - You'll get there! Just keep moving ahead as best you can, despite the HORRIBLE temptations of the season, and you'll get there!
