  • Saturday- 30 min aerobics


    Monday- 4 mile WATP
  • Monday: walk - short and sweet (with Kaeleb!) but at least I got out there!
  • Tuesday- 3 mile WATP
    Wednesday- Walk Strong(strength/cardio intervals)
  • Sunday: 30 minute walk Gosh, the weather is GORGEOUS...like spring instead of the week before Christmas!
  • I've lost track of dates:

    Monday- did 4 mile express
    Tuesday- did 3 mile WATP
    Wednesday-0
    Thursday- did 4 mile express
  • Can I count bowling? I was moving constantly, as I was bowling alone...on the Wii...and you HAVE to move like you are really bowling so I was using muscles I had forgotten I had....
  • Sunday 12/24- 30 minute walk

    Tuesday 12/26- 30 minute walk

    Thursday 12/28- three games of 'bowling' plus a session of 'power throws' (must be good exercise...it brought my bg down over 40 points!)
  • Saturday: 30 minute walk

    Sunday 12/31 three games of bowling
