I've found that since I started exercising and eating plenty of fruits and veggies I don't get sick at all! I've had a couple of days where I feel slightly below par, but I usually manage to fight it off! I've had no colds at all this year and I attribute it all to my healthy eating and exercise
Do you exercise? Do you make sure to get plenty of fruit and veggies and protein (I think this is important too, protein for growth and repair)?
Also (this is just my whacked opinion), how "clean" are you. I'm talking generally around the house. Do you use anti-bacterial this, and clean everything till it sparkles? You see, I am completely the opposite, not exactly a slob... Well ok, I'm a bit of a slob... But I have a twisted opinion that those silly hand-wipe things and that stuff you can get in bottles that they advertise with that snotty woman in the lift. I think those contribute to lowering our resistance of bacteria/disease. So I like a few germs around, they keep me company!
