Well? what'll it be this week? A little more intense cardio? a little more protein? an extra day of weigh lifting?
Yup, it's a new week. And getting ever closer to the end of November already!
Have you had a little think about this past week? What did you think?
When I look at my records ... I'm not sure a free day is a good idea ... and I'm pretty sure increasing the intensity of my cardio wouldn't hurt .... And I just feel like having one heavy weight day this week.


Mainly because I was 145 this morning, and I'm not upping mine! I think I'm still carting around some leftover salt from weekend Mexican food.
and yesterday at work I weighed 135 but I AM on my cycle (since Friday) so that may be affecting it?
, scared that it'll tell me I gained when I feel good in my clothing right now... Maybe I'll weigh-in tomorrow...
