I know you'll all agree that we are really thankful for the free services here at 3FC. The sisters offer all of this support and information with no charges to us. There are a couple of ways though that we can help out.
If you are thinking about buying anything at Amazon, why not help out 3FC at the same time? You can do this by clicking on the button for the Amazon "store" in the upper right hand corner of the screen on the PURPLE tool bar. A portion of your purchase price will be given to 3FC by Amazon. It doesn't increase your price at all, but it does help out 3FC. You can use any of the Amazon.com links that you see on the site in order to help contribute to the site.
Also, BTW, in case you didn't know it, you can view the message boards "ad free" for a minimal charge. I think it's like $15 for 6 months. A very small investment to be rid of the annoying ads and make your pages load quicker.
There have been some concerns expressed by the powers that be about copyright infringement. So please, if you are directly quoting someone else or printing an article in whole or in part, please give credit where credit is due!!!!

Like posting the pics along with how much you've lost, pounds, inches, clothing sizes, etc. It would be great inspiration for us all. I know alot of us have posted pics from time to time...but I think we should all "update" - maybe even with a little "Q&A" about what we're doing to lose weight, etc. Or maybe I'm just thinking too much right now. 
So my plan for the evening will be putting it together.

But it would be so inspiring seeing other peoples progress. Also cool avatar pic...did you take that pic?
Yesterday I had to go with the family for dentist appts. It’s not a local dentist because all the ones close to us have gone private and I’ve had to go further afield to find a dentist that will treat National Health Patients. Anyway we had to go to the dentist then when we were done we went into town for lunch and did some Christmas shopping after that. I DID get up early to work out on my Gazelle, and also worked out when we got home, so I am feeling good about that.
I am totally on track with my diet and now my exercise again. I am actually looking forward to getting on the scales on Monday!!

I am longing to get to my first 100 lbs lost!!! I am determined to do it if not before Christmas then before the New Year, so I better get my exercise shoes on LOL.
for the flight home, I hope it’s much calmer than the flight over!
