  • Lower calories than usual, recovering from weekend food decadence.

    B - 1/2 cup granola, low fat yogurt

    S - banana

    L - big salad with spinach, chicken, grape tomatoes, baby carrots, orange pepper strips, red onions, low fat dressing on side

    S - tall non fat latte

    S - 1/2 huge pomegranate

    S - cut up veggies - grape tomatoes, baby carrots, sugar snap peas, red pepper strips

    D - home made spinach/leek/chickpea/tomato soup, 2 pieces of organic, sprouted, whole grain bread
  • B-oatmeal, flax, honey, cinnamon, raisins
    L-huge salad w/peppers, onion, cuke,tomato, sprinkle of feta, cup onion soup (no cheese or bread in it)
    S-blueberries&strawberries, yogurt, honey
    D-veggie stir fry w/tofu, brown rice
    S-walnuts&almonds, dk chocolate, tea

    dinner: left-over misc. ingredient curry (tomatoes, chick peas, onion, frozen beans...), yogurt, blob of chutney, glass of wine
  • B- organic chocolate milk
    L- roast beef sandwich on whole grain bread, cheese, tomato & lettuce (mayo)
    S- low-fat yogurt with whole grain cereal, raisins
    D- leftover chili, w/sour cream, spinach
    S- green tea w/ royal jelly in honey, dark chocolate covered almonds
  • B-Special K w/ Fiber One & soymilk, banana, coffee w/ skim
    S-baguette/bruschetta
    L-beef & broccoli w/ white rice
    L2-whole wheat bread, peanut butter, dk chocolate
    S-clif bar (not so bad)
    S-Doritos (ok bad, but severely portion controlled)
    D-chicken breast, stuffing, green beans, dk chocolate
    S-last of the bruschetta

    DD is still feverish, so things are still pretty much chaos. Tomorrow should be approaching some kind of normal, hopefully.
