Whole foods menu for Monday 11/6

  • B-OJ, oatmeal w/ soymilk, walnuts & blueberries; coffee w/ skim
    S-banana, yogurt
    L-thin crust veggie (lots) & chicken pizza, apple, dk choc
    S-cauliflower, kashi bar
    D-leftovers: selection of beef steak, pork chop, squash, rice, green beans, and whatever else I can find

    I'm also making some whole wheat pizza crust this evening as an experiment. Hoping I can get away from some more of the white crust that we use a lot for various recipies.

  • B- Polar Pineapple smoothie (papaya juice, strawberries, pineapples, pineapple sherbet, ice + whey protein and supplements) & 1oz. wheatgrass shot
    L- leftover steak on whole wheat (mayo), carrots
    S- Kashi granola bar, raisins & peanuts
    D- ground turkey, organic tomato sauce, multi-grain pasta, spinach
    S- green tea w/ honey

    S-pria bar
    L-indian dal
    S-apples, almonds
    D-tilapia, broccoli, salad
    S-raw veggies, dark chocolate&tea
