New to WATP

  • I just ordered my WATP:30 Minute Walk from Netflix. It's a rental, but i can keep it as long as i want. I've never done WATP before and here are my questions:

    How long after you started did you see results and what were your results?

    Which one did you use?

    What diet plan where you on, also?

    Has anyone had success with WATP without making any majors plans in their eating habits?? I am not a big eater i usually eat three moderate meals a day and i'm not big on sweets.

    I would love to hear all of your answers!!
  • Hi Diva, I've been using WATP for almost a year. I've lost a good deal of weight (123 lbs to date), but I think much of that comes from changing eating habits.

    I started feeling much more energetic and had more stamina as I continued to use the WATP tapes, some of which was a direct result of losing weight, but some as a result of exercising.

    Now I count calories, but still stay away from sugar, refined flour and processed foods as much as possible.

    I started using the 1 mile WATP, then have continued moving up. Now I usually do the 3 mile express.
