I just ordered my WATP:30 Minute Walk from Netflix. It's a rental, but i can keep it as long as i want. I've never done WATP before and here are my questions:
How long after you started did you see results and what were your results?
Which one did you use?
What diet plan where you on, also?
Has anyone had success with WATP without making any majors plans in their eating habits?? I am not a big eater i usually eat three moderate meals a day and i'm not big on sweets.
