Hello Featherweights! My name is Ari. I'm a newbie to 3FC & to Featherweights. I posted in the Introductions area but told me about Featherweights and so I decided to come and post here since most of us have the same amount of weight to lose. I've been struggling with my weight since I was young. I finally got down to a weight that I was comfortable at and looked good but that went down the drain because of stress & depression. & my expiration of my gym membership. I use to go to the gym 3-6x a week. Also, having a new boyfriend who constantly takes you out to eat doesnt help either. LOL. I was looking at my pictures from last summer and felt like crying because I've put on weight. Most of the weight has gone to my stomach because of not working out & constipation I'm looking forward to chatting with you girls and the support!

Hi Ari! I'm Jenny and new to featherweights also, tho' I've lurked at 3fc for a while. You and I are right around the same stats...I'm about 133 right now, tho' you're a whole inch taller since I'm only 5'2" . I'd like to get down to 120. Anyway, just wanted to send a little greeting...

Hey gals! I'm Amy and I think I'm supposed to be here... lol. Right now I'm hovering around 138.. would like to be between 120-130 depending on how comfortable I am with my body.. I'm focusing more on cutting out junk food and getting in more strength training to tone up. I've come down from 178 but it seems these final ten or so pounds are the toughest! I'm also a shortie.. lol at 5'2. Any advice you have on what is working for you would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

hi all just joined yesterday. I am looking for a support group and I have around 45lbs to lose don't know if I am a "featherweight" but most threads I've seen so far are people with more weight to lose than me and I don't get much response. so could use some help getting started.
