Well, I survived my first day at eating healthy again. I did great! I did my 8MM yesterday and really pushed hard to work my muscles. Top that with 1.5 hours of line dancing and my legs were so sore last night! I had to massage them so I could go to sleep. But it makes me feel great! It's giving me hope again and a little start on motivation.
I'm going to continue through the weekend and take it day by day. Have a nice weekend everyone!

WTG! Try to keep the enthusiasm up, it will tide you over in the rough spots! And great idea to get all that exercise in! That has a way of really inspiring me as well.
