  • Hey there Katie - hope you slept better last night... Laurel sorry to hear you were up last night. I've been having a pretty restless sleeping pattern myself lately.

    OK this is a new week, and I really need to focus on getting back to basics.

    Exercise - Track tonight. 1 1/2 hrs - 5 Activity points
    Water - need to start drinking again for real had @ 32 oz
