Week 3 Challenge!

  • I know we skipped a week. But I guess we all know why.


    Week 3: 5 Fruit/Veggies for the week. Yes that means we must all eat our fruits and veggies every single day!!!
  • OK, Sounds good. Unfortunately, I have completely fallen off the exercise wagon. So, here is what I hope to accomplish for week 3 of the challenge!

    Week 1: Journal every day
    Week 2: Exercise at least 10 minutes a day
    ---------Drink 100 oz H2O a day
    Week 3: 5-7 F/V a day

    9/24: J=+ F=2 V=2 H2O=+ E=20 min
  • Well what can I say....
    I have fallen totally of the wagon and I have been laying on the ground looking around at everyone for the past month. I know I have said it before, but I weigh in tomorrow and will start afresh. Not sure why it is not clicking in, but I refuse to give up! So I will be incorporating all the weekly challenges after my weigh in. I promise.

    OK, so I need to :
    1. Journal
    2. exercise extra 10 minutes 3 times AND drink 10 waters
    3. 5 veggies & fruits. I'll go for atleast 2 fruits/day because I need to work on that.
