Monday: Activity - Made meals for the week
Compliment - I am a caring person
Tuesday: Activity - Ran (not jogged) for 1 minute straight!
Compliment - I am looking good in my jeans (old ones at that!)
Wednesday: Activity - Slept in 15 minutes
Compliment - My flower gardens are very pretty this time of year
Thursday: Activity - Walked 5+ miles even though I was tired
Compliment - I can do anything I set my mind to, including dropping this weight!
Friday: Activity - Date night with hubby!!! yay!!
Compliment - My legs are looking much more toned, I can see the inches lost now.
Saturday: Activity - Went to a festival in town
Compliment - I'm a great wife
Sunday: Activity - Bought a new book and read.
Compliment - Even though the scale is up this week, I'm not going to let me quit. I am not a quitter!
