
Slow start this morning.
Cardio done (40 minutes elliptical) legs on tap. My first client canceled, so I'll probably go do hamstrings first, then quads later. Mix things up a bit! Legs haven't been getting sore lately, so it's time for a change! Or maybe they are just perpetually sore, because I've been doing all the bodyweight work along with all my clients everyday

Here's the latest body weight leg fun: do 2 sets, rest BETWEEN supersets.
24 body weight squats (no rest)
24 alternating leg lunges
24 jump squats
edited for Meg or anyone who can still stand up at this point: 24 lunge jumps or "mountain climbers" if you have creaky knees.
REST, but walk around. Don't lie down on the floor.
