  • Monday- Walked on the TM FINALLY!
  • Monday: Upper body workout.
  • Tuesday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Tuesday: about 15 minutes of walking in the store (seriously, I walked every aisle without stopping)
  • Wednesday: 45 minute walk - it is gorgeous out there today!
  • Wednesday- Walked on treadmill
  • Thursday- Walked on treadmill.
  • Thursday: 20 minute walk
  • Monday- 60 minutes on the eliptical

    Tuesday- 20 minutes on eliptica and 1 hour water aerobics

    Wednesday- 45 minutes walking outdoors

    Thursday- 1 1/2 hour water challenge class
  • Friday: Upper body workout
  • Saturday: 50 minute walk
