I have just moved across the country to a small town after having a baby.I was doing fine until I decided to try WW again.I went to the Grocery store and OMG!!!Nothing was on the shelves!!!Then I tried again and it was better I admit BUT they had none of the stuff I want.No cheap diet coke(unless you would pay $6 for a case of diet) and A LOT of the stuff had no nutritional info on it.In fact most of it didn't unless it was a major item.I don't know what to do?WW doesn't even have an office here for meetings Im told.Is there anyone who just relies on the food companion?I only have an online one.I lost my other one in t he move. They only sell wonder bread and NO whole wheat english muffins etc.
Does anyone have this problem?I found just following the food companion I had hardly any points left at all.I would really like to do this.Any suggestions??People buy so much at once there is nothing left and Im afraid to go over.

) Good luck. WW can be done with "regular" food, just takes more planning and creativity! Try the veggie soup for no/low points to fill you up.
