Whole Foods Menu 10/06

  • B-1 small pc leftover ww lasagna
    L-thai curry vegetables
    S-kiwi&orange, walnuts
    D-salad w/ tons of veggies, feta and olives, 1/2 pita w/ hummus
    S-baked apple, dark chocolate, tea
  • Breakfasat:
    hard boiled egg, 1/2 ww bagel w/pb

    Snack:
    apple, lf cheese, more

    Lunch:
    large salad (going out with 2 GFs)

    Snack:
    lf cottage cheese w/peaches

    Dinner:
    stuffed peppers (red/yellow), using brown rice and veggie crumbles

    Snack:
    tea and ??
  • Okay, I'll play! I'm not strictly whole foods yet, but I'm getting pretty close...

    Breakfast:
    omelette...
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup frozen (thawed) veggies--peppers, onions, and spinach
    1/2 T olive oil
    1 oz cheddar cheese
    pinch of salt, pepper; little slather grainy mustard
    1/2 ww min-bagel

    snack:
    apple
    2T PB

    lunch:
    4T hummus
    2 Wasa sesame crackers
    2 carrots, celery sticks
    orange

    snack:
    1/2 c Fage yogurt
    1T honey
    2T wheat germ

    dinner planned:
    1 c homemade beef stew (sorry vegetarians...)
    served over mashed butternut squash and mashed potato combined, w/ 1/2 T olive oil or butter

    snack:
    small apple, bit of cheese
