Exercising

  • Hi, I am a new Sugar Buster and would like to know what kind of exercising you guys are doing and how much to see results? These probably sound like stupid questions, but I would just like an idea so I can establish a routine and have greater success. I would love to hear any advice or encouraging words.   • NICIE, WELCOME TO THE BOARDS! No question is ever stupid, this is a learning process and you MUST ask questions to be successful on this WOE

    I personally like to walk, I walk 6 days a week, 4.5 miles is the norm. A few months ago I started to try and do little bursts of jogging, I could hardly go but a few feet-still, I don't go that far,but I was able to get a 3/4 mile sprint in last week-a first!

    My best advice would be to stay OP 100%, stay away from legal chocolates (don't even try the SF junk), be patient, I could go on, but you'll learn in time
