Ok, time for a new exercise thread!
I borrowed the words from lovely ellis:

Challenge yourself to a little more exercise than you did last month. (for some of us, that's not a lot)
Take a few minutes, get out of your chair, and move it!!
This month... I'm joining the gym again. And I'm committing to using my (finally blown up) new exercise ball 3-4 times a week, plus some running.

to help me out and I hope they get on this site. I walked the stairscase at lunch today (3 flights up and 3 flights down). Goal? to keep that up the rest of this week and to walk those steps 2x a day.
