Get back to work and/or school and get off your butt more then you would any other month. Don't make this a monthly challenge for yourself, make it a lifetime routine! You can do it girls!

  • I'm in as well. I'm going to go for 1500 minutes (everything all together) this month, even though I didn't make my 1000 minutes last month. I was well on my way to that until I got sick. Now that I'm feeling better, I know I can do it!

  • Ok...hopefully I can keep up this month and not forget to update this!
    My goals: 200 Miles (walking- even with my pedometer, jogging, elliptical, biking), 15 days of lifting sessions, 200 squats/plies a day,62 nalgene bottles of water in a month, and tan 15 days (going to mexico in Jan...I'm so pale I need to start now lol)
    I hope to lose 2-3 lbs a week. I know it's a bit much, but I gotta get ready for mexico!

  • I'm in for this month, and I've never done a fitness challenge before. I was doing a really great job keeping up with exercising this month until I got into a car accident and was literally too sore to move for days. Even now that I'm feeling a little better, I haven't been able to muster up the motivation to get to it again. Hopefully this accountability will give me the kick in the butt that I obviously need. Since it's my first challenge, I'm going to start with a 1000 minute goal for this month.

  • OK ladies. Im not going to do a number of minutes of exercise this month. Instead im going to do DAYS. I want to try and get out for exercise atleast 5days a week in October. I really dont want to push myself too hard right now. Im still going to count the time i exercise and post it and calculate it in th end of the month. I really just need to get back into the grove and get my eating in check.
