Excersize a lot! Eat better! Write a lot! What else is new!



1 - shooting movies counts right
2 - 20 mins quick 2.3 mile run...
3 - 1 hour spin sweat.
4 - 1 hour coached track (about 3.5 miles)
5 - 1 hour spin sweat.
6 - bleh (black tie event....)
7 - bleh - helped shoot a movie - not much lifting though...
8 - bleh bleh - sailed - umm no real activity.
9 -bleh - walked some

10 - 1 hour spin 30 minutes weight. yay
11 - 1 hour 10 minute track workout - 4 miles (resting in between for speed workout)
12 - 1 hour sweaty spin. yay
13 - Friday the 13th...scary....scary I didn't work out
14 - 45 minute slow run
15 -bleh
16 - 36 minutes 4 miles. yeah baby!
17 - 1 hour strenuous sweaty spin. yay
18 -bleh - allnighter
19 -bleh - editing
20 -bleh- lazy - class - oh screenings
21 -bleh - hungover shoot
22 - 36 minutes hot hot hot (as in temp)!
23 - 36 minutes hot hot hot (as in temp)!
24 - 1 hour fun sweaty spin. ya
25 - 4.25 miles - track workout ~ 45 min/hour
26 - 1 hour sweaty spin. ya
27 - rest day
28 - waking up early - walked a bit
29 - does dancing till 4 am count? drinking though doesn't - bad food/recoup hehe dressed up - happy halloween party!
30 - recoup from weekend it's getting dark too early

Well, I'm a complete newbie, so I figured I might as well jump right in and set some October Goals for myself. (I'm going to France next summer and want to slim down before!) My goal is to do 1500 hours of cardio during the month of October

Oct. 3 - 35 min cardio, 60 yoga = 95 min
Oct. 4- 35 min cardio, 5 min stretching = 40 min
Oct. 9 - 60 min cardio, 5 min stretching =65 min
Oct. 10 - 50 min - gave massage = 50
Oct. 11 - 45 min cardio, 5 min stretching = 50 min
Oct. 13 - 30 min cardio 5 min stretching = 35 min
Oct 14 - 30 min cardio
Oct 23 - 20 min cardio, 20 min weights = 40 min
Oct 26 - 40 min cardio, 30 min cardio = 70 min
Oct 30 - 45 min
TOTAL: 565 min
GOALS: preserve my mental health!

I've never done one of these before, so I'm gonna stick to 1000 right now. I'm totally desperate right now though. I've hit a total plateau and I've gotten so used to going home for holidays and have people tell me I look better. Sounds vain, but I don't care. Nothing has changed for months now. Y'all are my inspiration!
