Hi all
I have been on the body for life exercise plan for 3 weeks I have not lost any weight, I gained 4 lbs.. and so far a 1/4 inch I am getting frustrated. I am not following the diet per say but eating healthy with the occasional free day. I am not sure if I lost anymore inches I don't measure until tomorrow.
Is this normal? Before I started BFL I was hiking 20km a week and had stalled, so I decided to start this hoping to jolt my body into losing weight or inches. I am still doing the hiking so I can't understand the weight gain? Everyone says it because I am building muscle but from what I understand that should not effect my weight per say but my inches.
If anyone out there could help or explain I would be so forever in your debt!
