Whole Foods Menu 9/27

  • B-vegetable lasagna
    L-tofu stir fry (broccoli, sugar snap peas, bok choy)
    S-almonds, walnuts, dried cherries
    D-turkey, sweet potato, zucchini,baked apple
    S-dark chocolate, tea
  • Lasagna for breakfast--sounds a lot like my college days (leftover pizza for breakfast!!) LOL!

    B--berries
    S--snack pack of dried cranberries, almonds, dried pineapple and yogurt chips
    L--salad of baby romaine, blue cheese, pomegranate arils, chicken and raspberry dressing
    S--yogurt if I have the time
    D--hmmm, haven't really thought that far forward. It's back to school night so we'll be in a rush and I didn't take anything out to thaw. It will probably be something microwaved (and I can't be sure it will be the best choices, but I've been really good this month, so one meal will not break me!)
  • Yesterday pretty much ended the way I'd planned it - now there's a surprise!

    oatmeal with raisins, walnuts, 1% milk; 1/2 ww eng muff w/natural pb;

    S:
    lf cottage cheese, cantalope

    L:
    2 hb eggs, tomato (need to get some lettuce!)

    S:
    apple
