since sept is coming to a close, i thought now might be a good time to start discussing goals for october....
First: Set your goals! Be specific. It is great to see goals like
-I am going walking every day with my children
-I am going to drink 6 glasses of water every day
-I am going to get the the gym 3 times this week
-If I don't go the the gym, I am going to do 50 sit ups and 20 push ups
-I am never going to exceed 5 extra points in one day
