  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles iwth 17 jogs today-legs felt like 10lb weights were attached to them, but I got out there anyhow!!!
  • Monday - mowed back yard 30 minutes
  • Monday's workout
    Didn't get around to posting this yesterday.

    Stationary Bike--30 minutes

    Treadmill--32 minutes

    Strength---5 upper body stations--in excess of 1,500 lbs lifted.
    I upped all my weights last .

    Did a 4.5 mile walk today
  • Exercise
    Quick question..what does "17 jogs" mean. I jog for 30 minutes about 5-6 times a week. It is about 3 miles.

    Wednesday

    Jogged for 30 minutes.

    30 minutes of weight training focusing on back and biceps.

    Walked 4.5 miles

    Treadmill--30 minutes

    Bike--30 minutes

    Strength--five upper body stations

    Did 4.5 miles, 17 jogs in 54 minutes
  • FRIDAY
    Did 4.5 miles, 17 jogs in 53 minutes
  • Ok I guess it is time I start posting all my hard work here.

    Today I walked 3.8 miles in one hours and 3.30 minutes
    I guess I could put that as 1:03:30.
