S-U-C-C-E-S-S Sept 12

  • Well today i did better. I have no time to exercise yet but today is belly dancing so i will have to give my all there.

    b- 3 hard boiled eggs
    l-1 thigh and 2 drums of fried chicken (NOT KFC)
    d- I am not sure yet but it will be OP!!

    I am starting to get sick i think my mind was woozy today and a headach to boot. so i am preapred!!! I have been so stressed at work today that i have not been able to think correctly. and that may have a point there. so OZZIE tomorow!!! wish me luck!!

    Went to the gym for an awesome w/o

    b-kashi
    1% milk
    l-chef salad

    d-steakum wrap
    green beans

    s-prunes

    w- 10 glasses

    This is about all IO can focus on right now.
