I thought I would start this month!!!
Nice deficit of 500 yesterday. Went over calorie-wise, but had a nice strength workout.
My goal for September 2006 is to try and have a deficit for at least 5 out of 7 days.

SO, my new goal is to be at 155 by my bday!
I am going to be extra strict with the calories (and drop them by about 100-200 per day for the next week or so) in order to jump-start my metabolism.
Hopefully I'll drop 2-3lbs by then! That's my goal!
