After doing 25-45 min of cardio I do the following..
100 leg presses at 60lbs (5X20)
80 arm presses at 60lbs(5x20)
Donkey kicks(I dont know the real name
)40 per leg(4x10)Butterfly 50 at 20lbs
I need help!!
