keen, if your calories are under 1200 AND you're excersising, there's your problem right there!!! You never want to go under 1200 calories...that makes your body think you're starving and it will hold onto every tiny bit of fat as hard as possible. Please up your calories...you need at LEAST 1200 if you're sitting around like a lump...if you're exercising, you need more. I promise that you'll see pounds fly off if you eat MORE...I know it's counterintuitive, but it's really true.
