  • Patch -
    I have two 16-20 oz water bottles with me in the car every morning. I tell myself I need to drink both bottles by the time I get to work in the morning (about a 15-20 minute drive). I usually succeed or just about. When I finish those, I tell myself I can then have my morning cup of coffee. Silly little mind games that work for me. I fill up the empty bottles, chill them in the fridge & I do the same little game on my way home. During the rest of the workday, I have a 32 oz mug of water that I consume the rest of the day. I try to drink at least half of my body weight in ounces in water - at least 72 ounces.

  • Kt - your water strategy would also inspire me to get to work ASAP - If I got stuck in traffic, watch out!!!
