I know after losing lots of weight, some women lose it in the chest area. And I sure have. My breasts are like null and void. They used to be nice and firm but now they're like complete and total FLOPS.
I know there's really not much that can be done to get them back to what they were before, but is there anything that will help at least a little? Without surgery that is?

I guess if you work on building the muscle it could go either way,flatten them out or build up the flop!
