  • 1st - 45 min walk/jog
    Yesterday - 45 min dance cardio, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches
    Today - 45 min walk/jog, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches.
  • 1st: Spinning 60 minutes
    2nd: treadmill: running 20 minutes, on incline 40 minutes
    3rd: Spinning 60 minutes, treadmill walking 15 minutes
  • 4/4 - 45 min walk/jog, 30 min stability ball, 100 crunches
  • Biked this morning ... quickly before the day got kookie.
  • BOSU workout I found in September's Oxygen Mag ... VERY good workout!
  • Cardio, toning, and weight lifting.
  • Biking again today ... after work! Oooo look at the energy Susan has for a change!
  • Pilates and weight lifting.
  • Way to go Susan

    Today DH and I biked a total of 30k...
    Later during the day I biked to the gym to do back and biceps, after the gym workout I did 10 more Ks... It's a good day, it was gorgeous here today...
  • Haven't been able to exericse much so far this month, 'cause my daughter had surgery this past week. But I did manage to squeeze in some walks.

  • Saturday - 45 min elliptical intervals
    Sunday - 45 min elliptical, 100 crunches, 35 min arm workout.

    Has anyone seen the InStyle arm workout? Its -so- good. Two sessions and my arms already feel tighter. Its designed for brides to fit into strapless dresses. PM me if you want it, I have the whole thing in a word file.
