I can't decide what to have for dinner, I might make some turkey burgers. Now THEY are tastey


I was tired and tired and tired
so I got some refined carbs to perk me up! 

1450 isn't very many calories when I walk, do a bunch of housework and work. An 800 or 900 cal deficit is a bit much! So to start off my week .... I'm going over.
Naughty carbs!!!
