Yesterday - 1458, F 32% (Sat 4%), P 43%, C 25% and NO starchy carbs at all at all at all!
I'm feeling sceptical about this new plan working - I'm "only" 2lbs down in 2 and a bit weeks. Ok, so one week was a bit of a bust, I just feel that I'm eating so few calories (but am FULL TO BURSTING!) that the weight should just be FALLING off! Although I've only been kickboxing this week so far since I'm feeling a little below par - the weights and running go out the window, but I'd have to have lost a limb or something to miss kickboxing!
Today's looking reasonable - I'm going home straight away at 4pm for a nice early night! I think I need it
