Push so far..

  • Ok I've been procrastinating using my Push DVD until today.

    I hate to say it but I love the workout. I'm not really much of a fitness video type. I've tried them before but never really stay with them.

    I do say that I made a mistake. Since I've been working out, especially with weights, I figured I could do level 2. I also chose Mike Monroe. Not sure how much of a difference it makes. Anyway, I was panting, sweating and loved every moment. I had some trouble with some of the exercises but I loved doing exercises I've never done before.

    I am not sure what I am going to do in the long term though. I do go to a gym and I have a gym partner. Sometimes my gym partner works late and it ends up with me having no workout. I like the idea of using it as a substitute when I can't get to the gym. I also haven't tried the cardio workout so it'll be interesting to see how that is.

    Anyway, if you haven't tried Push, I do recommend it.
  • Great review! You can go into your profile and choose a different trainer and even reduce your workout level for your next month. You can switch things around every month if you want, and try them all out
