as well with a monthly challenge. Small bits of time that can add up to big weight loss. When I started weight watchers (exactly 6 months ago) I lost 10 lbs a month 3 months in a row. Now, as I enter my second booklet, I have lost nothing in the last 3 months (up and down a bit). I want my 1st goal to be another 8-10 lb month to start off the fall right.
First: Set your goals! Be specific. It is great to see goals like
-I am going walking every day with my children

-I am going to drink 6 glasses of water every day
-I am going to get the the gym 3 times this week
-If I don't go the the gym, I am going to do 50 sit ups and 20 push ups

-I am never going to exceed 5 extra points in one day
