1 slice bread 40
snack- peach cup 50
supper- Subway sub turkey and ham, with mustard
bag of baked lays ( I will have to fill in the calories later on)
snacks-
orange cup 70
nutri system caramel corn 110
spinach- 60
some other veggie about 60 cal
tyring to stay in the 1300 calorie range if possible...Hope everyone has a great weekend, and know you are all in my thoughts and prayers
