New Menu Thread 8/31 to 9/7

  • Well I am really gonna have to get back to business if I am gonna get back in lee way this week.... So here goes, If anyone wants to join in please feel free

    Breakfast-
    1 bowl of waffle Crisp in skim milk 180 cal
    snack- orange cup 70
    lunch- ragu express 200
    1 slice bread 40
    snack- peach cup 50
    supper- Subway sub turkey and ham, with mustard
    bag of baked lays ( I will have to fill in the calories later on)

    snacks-
    orange cup 70
    nutri system caramel corn 110
    spinach- 60
    some other veggie about 60 cal

    tyring to stay in the 1300 calorie range if possible...Hope everyone has a great weekend, and know you are all in my thoughts and prayers
