  • Monday- Walked on treadmill....
  • Tuesday- Walked on the treadmill...

  • Monday- 2 mile WATP
    Tuesday- 3 mile WATP

    I know it's too late, but over the weekend I did the 4 mile WATP and Ramp it Up(strength training). So I've actually had 4 days of exercise in a row!!
  • Oh, Yeah! I finally was able to exercise again! I probably over did it, but I was very happy that I was able to move!

    Sunday: 30 minutes water aerobics
