starting atkins 12/02/06 any help would be apreciated i did this diet 2 years ago and lost 25 pounds at the time i weighted 180 pounds when i went off the diet i got layed off from work and gained it back plus more to go with it its been hard to start this diet again but i am determained to do it one more time and to loose this weight for good
