Wacky WEDNESDAY Menues

  • Well, at least this is the plan for the day....

    B-3 decaf // 2 bottles water
    S-2 bacon slices
    L-taco salad w/chicken
    D-??? I think pork chops (I'll come back when I decide)

  • Hi, MammaJ!

    B: 2 eggs fried in butter with 5 () slices of bacon
    L: 4 slices of roast beef (deli) with cream cheese spread on each slice & a dash of season salt (rolled them up and cut them into bite sized pieces) Yumm!
    D: Roast chicken breast w/mushroom alfredo sauce (1/4 C) and broccoli/cauliflower mix

    And, of course, water, water, water, etc. I'm on my 2nd 20-oz cup now.

  • wednesday! already!
    b-2 slices bacon, one egg
    l-Boston Market chicken, creamed spinach(11grams!) and green beans
    d-chicken breast cut up over salad with blue cheese dressing
    with 2 triscuits and a LOT of iced tea!

    A big lunch like that really helped me feel fuller this afternoon. I didn't snack at all til dinner! and I ate a smaller dinner than I might have.

    I have sf ice pops for later, if i want.

    Please check out Kieri's spinach casserole on the meny thread! It sounds wonderful! That combined with her LC chicken is ... what, maybe 5 -10 carbs per meal! Some great new recipes!
