changed goal to 130 about 3 mts ago and it helped me. was 139.

1 i can do it
2i like myself more than food
3 i am not happy with the weight so i am only hurting myself over and over.
4 made lowfat tiny muffins(98) out of package.superstore no name brand)they have all different kinds,only add 3 cups of water,it says 24 but use small muffin cups.taste real good if eaten frozen and only 30 calories. this helped me between meals and i only allowed my self 1 at a time.
5 there were 5 people in our group that kept saying you can do it
6 i made myself walk for a half an hour every day.
the way i was is you have to get it right in your mind then the hunger feeling leaves you.i am an emotional eater so this is someting i am so happy i did and i am going to keep it up.if there is one little thing to help someone else in my story it would make me so happy.
