newbie questions :)

  • Hey all.. Im trying to become more involved, instead of just lurking, so that maybe I can learn something and be sucessful.

    I have a couple of questions (nothing like my thread earlier asking for info that was right in front of me heh)

    1. what is HIIT?
    2. What is a 4 day split?
    3. Is stumptuous.com gone? the link never works for me

  • HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training, an example would be 30 secs sprint, 30 secs slow jog 30 secs sprint, 30 secs slow jog etc etc

    A 4 day split - splitting your whole body workout into 4 separate workouts, eg back and biceps, tris and abs, shoulders and legs
