I love weight watchers and have been on and off of it several times in my life. I think the price is kind of expensive though each week. Does anyone know when they usually offer specials to join?

They usually have something in September and then January. You can also save money if you are really serious and prepay for 10 meetings. If you are disciplined, and they have it in your area, you could opt for the Freedom Plan...it cost more but you don't have to pay for missed meetings. Then you might be able to go every other week or once a month. You also can do on line but I think the meetings are a help.

You may have already checked this out but many health insurance plans will pay a portion (some even full) of what they consider a jump start plan which is usually12-16 weeks.

I do WW at home, bought the kit, but in the mail today I received a flyer from WW. They have a special now through Oct 8??? I think it is, for free registration IF you go with someone else.
