What do all of you calorie counters eat for lunch, especially if you eat out? My work has a terrible cafeteria and I hate making lunch every day.

Especially for that many calories! In 400 calories, I could have some fruit, cottage cheese, whole-wheat toast with butter, and maybe even a glass of skim milk
I don't know about anyone else, but if I feel like I'm eating more food--even if it's still the same amount of calories--I feel more satisfied/less deprived.
