Jman, I'm as guilty as you at diggin' an easy cheese sandwich. I'm curious what kind of bread you eat that's 100 calories per slice? You could lower the cals on that much easier by using Healthy Lite (I think that's what it's called) at 35 calories per slice, add one of those soup-at-hand deals and get a bit more to the meal
Then again, if it works for ya....kudos for easy!

It is like choosing between Wonder, and a freshly baked piece of bread from Panera.
Also, unlike some light breads, the slices are not drastically smaller than "normal" bread. No cholesterol, no HFCS, no hydrogenated oils...and all of the ingredients are understandable, at least up until the "2% or less of the following" list, which look to be mostly for consistency ("dough conditioners") and preservatives (which I NEED, since it takes me at least 2 weeks to eat a whole loaf of bread
). I made a grilled cheese sandwich with it yesterday, and it worked perfectly. I also use it for my PBJ sandwiches every day.
